Essentially, there is no ideology created by Mustafa Kemal (and his circle). It is not possible. In fact, it is the new name of "statism", also known as Kemalism, which is a continuation of the Ottoman-TC tradition. It is a means of creating a state dogma and sanctifying-fetishizing the state in "new conditions". In fact, the discourse sometimes presented as Kemalism and mostly as Ataturkism was created in order to legitimize and accept the fascism-like regime of the 1930s and consists of a series of "principles" that have no internal consistency. However, ideology must have priority over action. Ideology is not created "ex-post". The single-party dictatorship, which quickly tended to "resemble" the Fascist regimes of the period, "primitiveized" what was done for the survival of the state. Kemalism or Kemalism, in the final analysis, is the presentation of the single-party program and practice in a way that represents the entire state and society.
