'Correspondence 1946-1959' is actually the narrative of the friendship of two people immortalized through their works: Albert Camus and René Char. In these letters, we witness how the friendship between two literary figures developed and how they drew strength from each other in difficult times. Again, these letters are documents in which Camus and Char share their thoughts about some of their works, the political events of the period, and their daily troubles.
