Yalnızlar-Ligirdadzi-Ermenice
In his novel, Yanlızlar, where he looks at the recent history of Turkey from a different perspective, Zaven Biberyan tells the story of a summer week in Erenköy, a summer resort on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, in the early 1950s, when the society began to undergo a rapid transformation as the political power changed hands. It tells what happened at the end. While the author attempts a deep psychological analysis of the inner worlds of social classes and individuals from various statuses, with the events of these two days, the lack of communication between people first, and then the Turkish, Armenian, Jewish and Greek communities, the hidden tendencies of violence in the depths of their souls and, as a result, personal-social behavior. It is about the loneliness caused by the destruction in one's patterns.
