Recent Ottoman History Research Book Description Although the recent period was a period in which the Ottoman Empire realized its weakness against the West and embarked on self-renewal and recovery activities, this period is actually a story of disintegration and disintegration for the Ottoman history. Of course, there are various reasons why we have reached such a process. Perhaps the most important of these reasons are; West, 18th century.
