Teo Grünberg, who thought that it was very important to impart critical and analytical thinking to young people, made great efforts to include symbolic logic in high school education programs in Turkey. He published in many fields and trained students. Teo Grünberg, who introduced a Philosophy Department to METU in 1983, carried out many studies with enthusiasm and enthusiasm in this department, which he headed until his retirement due to age in 1994.

Teo Gürünberg, who constantly keeps the idea of making a comprehensive reform in philosophy education - initiated by logic - on his agenda, believes that logic should be perceived as a tool of philosophy, not disconnected from it, in a synthesis, unity, integrity with it, and philosophy should be taught in the content of the logic course to be given with such an approach. He argues that it should be prepared as a part of the textbook. Teo Grünberg, who thinks that philosophy is an attachment, a commitment to something, and that the philosopher becomes attached to something by taking sides while developing his views, explains the secret of living well and happiness in the context of philosophy of life as follows: When a child plays, he spontaneously plays his game and enjoys the game itself without expecting anything in return. To live as you do, to do as you do. Accordingly, he is happy because he truly enjoyed his job, which he did with pleasure.
