The saying "The state is born with the constitution and lives by the constitution" also reveals that contemporary states are defined by the concept of "constitutional order". This phrase and definition is very valid for the Republic of Turkey, which was established with the 1921 Constitution. Although the constitutional order has been interrupted from time to time through military coups and interventions, the following two features are noteworthy: First, the goal of establishing a new constitutional order; The second is to ensure that the transition period is accompanied by regulatory rules as much as possible.

The 1982 Constitution, which is constantly amended and reviewed by different political majorities in the Turkish Grand National Assembly, is a "binding and superior" legal norm for everyone as long as it remains in force. However, especially with the election of the president by the people in August 2014, the concept of "actual situation" began to be used frequently. However, in a state of law, only the legal situation (de jure) is covered by the constitutional order; Unconstitutional practices (de facto) are unacceptable.

This common structure is the effort of experts to direct the "constitutional public" to correct and real information in the face of the perception operation intended to be created in the society on political regimes, accompanied by information pollution spread within the framework of the distinction between de jure and de facto...

With this feature, the book appeals to all citizens, especially elected politicians. It is a work that especially young people should read so that their future is not mortgaged through the Constitution.
