He named the Turkish magazine he published as Konstantiniyye, and the camp they established for the people of Gaziantep as 'Constantine', and declared that they would conquer Istanbul. ISIS's war against Turkey followed two stages. First, HDP members, left-wingers and Alevis were targeted. In the second stage, after the support given to the anti-ISID coalition and the 'Operation Euphrates Shield', the Turkish state became the target of ISIS.
