I have taken upon myself, as a duty, one of the most important aspects of being an actor and an artist in Turkey. I am a person who believes that something needs to be done for the country to establish a secular, democratic and modern structure. I included these in all the films I chose and wanted to be in. Because this is my world view. I believe it. I am one of those people who think that it is impossible for this society to be at peace otherwise. I set this as a duty to myself.
