Eating is actually a culture and a way of life in itself. There are significant differences in the food culture of every society, enough to say, "Tell me what you eat and I will tell you who you are." Since humankind began to exist, it seems like it has calculated how to turn every living thing it sees in nature into food. It is certainly not possible to eat everything that is natural in its original form. Think about how many people perished until they learned to protect themselves from bees in order to get that honey. The stubbornness shown by human beings to find a way to detoxify and eat poisonous plants has probably caused great losses. But in the end, by trying in a thousand ways, each culture created the rich eating habits we have today. Now there are delicious, rich food cultures all over the world, but the resources are not that rich anymore, and this is a result of our greed.
Food Culture Throughout History, enriched with drawings by Latif Demirci, entertains us while informing us about all major food cultures. Of course, whether it whets our appetite is another matter.

Bulunmayan kitapların bulunduğu, kaliteli hizmetin adresi, ender bir kitapevi...İsminin kürtce olması da ayrıca sebeb-i tercîhim...
