- It is important to clarify the facts about the Kurds during the establishment of socialism under the leadership of two great communists, Lenin and Stalin!
While revealing concretely how and in what way the Kurds are affected by this practice in the experience of socialism today, where "socialism continues to be an alternative" for the solution of national problems; It is wrong to see the entire period of the Soviet Union as one and the same. In this purely contextual distinction, the correct attitude is that the process that started in 1917 was interrupted by the 20th Party Congress of the CPSU in 1956. With this perspective, the historical period stated on the situation of the Kurds in the Soviets is taken as basis. This is in no way a "Second period is unimportant!" It doesn't/doesn't mean.
We see that the overwhelming majority of those who do research on the Kurds in the Soviets act on the basis of "opposition to the dictatorship of the proletariat (which can also be read as democracy for the proletariat and workers, dictatorship for the bourgeoisie)" and specifically "hostility to Stalin". This group is far from being objective as they approach the problem with prejudices and ready-made prescriptions; It is inevitable that the study will be handled in a somewhat polemical manner due to the intense encounter with distortion of facts.
Aim; It is not just about making polemics, criticizing those who do not share the same thoughts and 'defending the Soviets at all costs'. It is to objectively reveal what is happening specifically with the Kurds in the Soviets and to make criticism on this basis.
Considering the dozens of countries and hundreds of nations/nationalities on which the Soviet Union was based, it is not possible to expect and claim that things can be resolved smoothly in an extremely complex issue such as the 'national issue'!
There are very few books, documents and articles written on the Kurds in the Soviet Union. Although this somewhat 'widespread' material has a certain contribution to the multi-faceted discussion of the subject, its reliability remains weak due to the dominance of a logic that replaces facts with 'its own truth'.
