For example, the crime of theft is no longer committed by entering the house or reaching into the victim's pocket, but the crime of fraud is committed by hacking the victim's bank account over the internet, the crime of fraud is committed through pyramid schemes or Çiftlikbanks, the crime of forgery is committed by using computers, photoshop, etc. It is processed much more easily and professionally with these methods. Today, the crime of breach of trust is committed with new and different methods - through disguised transfer of earnings - in parallel with the negative development above, apart from the classical ways of committing it. In this type of abuse of trust committed through disguised profit transfer, managers of public companies, instead of increasing the company assets or profits entrusted to them due to their positions, reduce or prevent them from increasing by taking some covert/fraudulent transactions.
