Keyhan Musir PENAHI, in his work titled Erdelan Kurdish Principality's Relations with the Ottoman and Safavid States, examines the stages of the principality's relations with these two states. Fasih DINÇ, in his work titled Hostage Politics as a Form of Ensuring Loyalty along the Ottoman-Iran Border, focuses on the hostage system implemented by the Ottoman Empire in order to guarantee loyalty. Ugur Bahadir BAYRAKTAR, in his study titled Kurdish-Ottoman Relations in the Early 19th Century: Zirki Beys and Local Politics in Hazro, focuses on the issue that the relations of the Kurdish Mirs with the Sublime Porte cannot be handled differently than other local powers of the empire.
Erdal ÇIFTÇI, An Example of a Hamidiye Tribe Regiment: II. In his work titled Heyderan Tribe in the Era of Abdulhamid, he investigates the role of tribal leader Hüseyin Pasha in the context of tribal processions. Yaşar KAPLAN examines the conflict between the Sheikh and the Committee of Union and Progress in his study titled Sheikh Abdüsselam Barzani (1908-1914) in Ottoman Archive Documents . In her work titled Kurds in Selimnames in the Context of Ottoman-Safavid Relations, Nezahat BASÇI examines how the Kurds are evaluated in the Selimnames of the reign of Sultan Selim I. M. Nesim DORU evaluates the scientific studies carried out during the period of Kurdish principalities in his study titled Scientific Activities in Kurdish Madrasahs and Lodges in the Context of Ottoman-Kurdish Relations . Shahab VALI examines the role of Guran Kurds in these wars with his work titled A Verse Document on the Guran Kurds in the Qajar-Ottoman Wars: Mirza Kerendî's Ceng-name . Mustafa ÖZTÜRK, in his research titled Mela Mehmûdê Bazidî and Adât û Rüsûmâtnâme-yi Ekrâdiye, makes determinations and evaluations about the language, technique, style and content of the mentioned work.
