Dr. Although Samuel Hahnemann worked as a doctor for a while after graduating from medical school in 1779, he soon left his profession due to his discomfort with the healing practices of the period. He found his colleagues' treatment methods haphazard, irresponsible and dangerous. After leaving the doctorate, he started systematic drug experiments and in-depth patient observations in the light of the principle of "like cures like". He researched the medical effects of various substances that he tried on himself, his family and relatives for years, and carried out studies with the idea of developing a new healing method that would serve humanity beyond classical medicine. He collected his findings for the first time in his fundamental work called Organon in 1810 and presented his original treatment method, which he called "homeopathy", to the service of humanity. This alternative healing method, which aims for fast, gentle and permanent treatment, was revolutionary with its personalized and holistic approach and became widespread in a short time, reaching large masses around the world.
