Neoliberalizm, İslamcı Sermayenin Yükselişi ve Akp

In this book, the phenomena of neoliberalism and Islamist capital, which have been examined separately many times before, are discussed with a comprehensive content for the first time. Thus, it becomes possible to seriously examine the relationship of Islamist capital accumulation, which has given its originality to the last twenty years, with neoliberal policies and the new class formations that have emerged as a result. In this context, the developments during the AKP period in Turkey, the Islamist bourgeoisie and the Islamist middle class are examined. In addition, efforts are being made to give the concept of "middle class", which is used loosely in our country and around the world as a concept whose content is undefined and into which anything can be filled, a better defined, scientific, more concrete content and a new dimension to the theoretical and empirical discussions derived from this. Enriching the studies on Turkey in this respect will enable a critical approach to the class comments and analyzes brought to the agenda during the Gezi Revolt and similar political events.
