“Language is not the product of this or that, old or new infrastructure in a particular society, but is a product of the centuries-old history of society and infrastructures; It was created not by a certain class, but by a whole society, all classes of society, as a result of the efforts of hundreds of generations. It was created not to meet the needs of a particular class, but to meet the needs of a whole society, all classes of society.

For this very reason, it was created as a single language for society, as a common language for all members of society, for all people. Therefore, the process of language becoming a means of communication between people is to serve all classes of society equally, not a single class at the expense of other classes. In fact, this explains why a language can serve the emerging new order as well as the old, obsolete order, the new infrastructure as well as the old, the exploiters as well as the exploited.”
