We know Cüneyt Ülsever from newspaper columns and television screens. He is the first Turk to receive a doctorate in human resources from a famous educational institution such as Harvard University. He is an intellectual with original thoughts who worked as a senior manager in various financial institutions and eventually decided on journalism and writing. A liberal intellectual. However, he is not one of the partisan liberals recruited from the left and the conservative segment. He always tried to say what he thought was right, confronted the government if necessary, but wrote what he believed in; Finally, he ended his career as a newspaper writer with a personal manifesto.

Ülsever was not content with his articles, and with his novel Hacı (2003), he gave one of the first qualified examples of the political-detective novel, which has not been tried much in Turkey, and later wrote detective novels in the traditional line.
