Choosing his victims among child molesters, Körebe begins killing again. In an era where trust in justice has been replaced by a lynching culture, being seen as a secret hero turns him into a great threat. Although Swallow Scream is a typical Ahmet Ümit novel with its convoluted plot and high tempo, it manages to gain a special place among the author's works with its sensitivity and reactivity towards social problems. Swallow Scream resists the agenda that changes at the speed of light; It screams out our bleeding wounds that we need to recognize and take action to change.
