While Gülçiçek Günel Tekin deals with the drama of Armenian women who were converted to Islam, she delves into one of Turkey's most taboo subjects and puts it on the autopsy table. The trauma of 1915 is valid not only for the Armenians, but also for all the people who lived with them, especially the Turks and Kurds, and its effects still continue.
