Kadın, Yoksul ve Kürt
At the country level, political attention focuses on women and family for economic and social reasons, related to conservatism, and within the framework of the dissolution of women and family into a single body, the question "what is happening on the women's front?" It gives importance to the question. The possible consequences of this are that, far from taking the family and women under increasing control, they will see "family problems" as a private area, that is, the problems that are defined as women's problems and that they have to deal with alone, as psychological problems and receive appropriate "treatment" accordingly. It is noteworthy that attempts are being made to 'improve' production relations with 'methods' methods without solving the distribution problem and without touching social norms and values, and it is seen that an approach that is based on the integration of family and women and controls women more within this framework has become dominant.
While such a change attracts attention at the country level, on the other hand, it has a decisive role in the social project designed to ensure that women have a greater say not only in terms of physical visibility in the Kurdish political movement and social life, but also in other areas of economic and social life, and become leaders at the central and local levels. It is observed that he is trying to come forward to play a role. While the return of women to the private sphere of the family is being discussed in the context of the dominant political climate in the country, Kurdish women are increasingly trying to take part in the public sphere and raise their voices. When viewed from this perspective, two different lines of change that limit each other rather than supporting each other appear vaguely apparent. At a time when Kurdish women are starting to leave home as political and social actors, homecoming policies tend to be effective in terms of state policies.
