İskender - Sezar - Paralel Hayatlar
Plutarch (46-119?): A very productive writer whose works greatly influenced history and essay writing in Europe from the 16th to the 19th centuries. According to the catalog called Lamprias, Plutarch had 227 works. His writings on morality, religion, nature, politics and art that have survived to this day are called Ethics. Plutarch gained his real fame with his work Parallel Lives, in which he compared Greek and Roman heroes to each other. In this work, he tried to connect the effects of a person's personality on his own destiny and the lives of other people. The Alexander-Caesar couple, which examines and compares the two most famous military leaders of history, is one of the most interesting sections of Parallel Lives.
