The English Revolution, known as the "victorious revolution", spanned a process of political, religious, economic and cultural transformation that continued for a century. In this process, the role of the King and the parliament is repeatedly brought into different boundaries in political conflicts. These are the borders shaped by the economic struggles, religious divisions, class demands and cultural objections that determine the political sphere. We witness an era in which the King is executed, the dynasty changes, religious conflict between Catholics and Protestants rises, the economic power coming from land and agriculture declines against industry and trade, and classes are reshaped. In this work, Christopher Hill describes the actors at different stages of the transformation that took place between 1603-1714; individuals' desires, calculations and interests; While depicting the demands, reactions and expectations of the society in the smallest detail on the same table, it also sensitively discusses the historical importance of the process known as the English Revolution.
