Representatives of different religions during the Mongol invasion
He witnessed their struggle to gain the support of the Mongol emperor and was influenced by religious and philosophical debates. He wrote Gülşen-i Râz, which is estimated to have been written between 1311 and 1317, in the form of a mesnevi as an answer to the questions of the Emir of Khorasan, Seyyid Huseynî. Gülşen-i Râz was translated into various European languages starting from the 18th century and became one of the main sources on Sufism.
