Gezgin Kıssalar ve Hikmetler
I met him at the intersection. He had nothing but a cloak and a staff. A veil of sadness on his face; We greeted. "Honor my home, be my guest." I said to him.
He came with me. My wife and children met us at the door. He smiled at them. They too were pleased with this guest of God.
Then we all sat at the table together. The presence of the guest gave us happiness mixed with curiosity. He was quiet and mysterious.
After dinner, we gathered around the stove. And I asked him about his travels and the places he visited.
He told us many stories that evening and the next evening. What I have recorded here was nourished by the hunger and heartbreaking sadness of the stories he lived, even though he was a soft-tempered, big-hearted person. That is why these stories are kneaded with the dust of the roads he walked and the abundance of the patience he showed.
