"Would I read this book?"
This is the question I ask myself for every book I consider publishing. If I like daily reading, this book will appeal to me. If I have a special interest in the language, if I enjoy talking and discussing topics related to Turkish, and if I get angry at the treacherous and abusive use of my language, it can even be said that it was written for me. If I want to participate in discussing every question about Turkish in a "forum" environment, an interesting reading adventure awaits me. What if language is not a particular interest for me? Then I ask myself whether I enjoy reading travel writing. Because from Kütahya to Gaziantep; From the town life of the USA to the flamboyant French-speaking women of Beirut; There are also travel articles in the book, from there to meetings with Mihalis, Manolis and Yannis in our neighbor Lesbos. If I wanted to be informed about the books published in recent years, I would read them. If none of these interest me, this book is not for me. Then I would immediately put it down and turn to other books.
