This book was written with the aim of reflecting the realities of a society that took its place in history with the dilemmas of massacre-resistance, destruction-existence. In a sense, this was a debt of gratitude to these people whom I had the opportunity to observe closely after the 2000s. Based on what I have explained throughout the book, I was going to write in the conclusion that Yazidis and Yazidis still need to be understood correctly and this 'circle of loneliness' needs to be broken, otherwise they will not be able to escape the 'modern decrees' of today's world; What happened at the beginning of August changed both the conclusion of this book and the course of Yazidi history in general.

This people, who are known for 72 decrees - 73 if we count the Sengal attack in 2007 - but also for the resistance against it, were perhaps exposed to the most monstrous brutality in the same lands.

By the time you hold and read this book, tens of thousands of Yazidis will still be on the migration route. Tens of thousands will yet taste the pain. Tens of thousands will mourn those they lost. They will go to their holy places and ask why God is testing them with cruelty once again, if there are what's left of ISIS alive.

This time, we became aware of this genocide without needing historical documents or archives. The extent of the genocide has not yet been fully revealed. But it is possible to detect water clearly; These attacks, which aimed at ethnic, cultural and demographic 'cleansing', turned all data about the Yazidis upside down. He made the Yazidi faith, culture and the persecution they suffered the subject of a new research.

Even the available but unclear figures confirm our determination: With the ISIS attacks, 250,000 Yazidis living in Sengal and its surroundings were displaced.
