Letters to Felice tells, through Kafka's eyes, the relationship between Kafka and Felice Bauer, who got engaged twice and came close to marriage, despite living in different cities and meeting face to face very few times, between 1912 and 1917. Even though Kafka entered a productive period with the hope and strength he received from his relationship with Felice and wrote works such as Judgment, Observation, America, In the Penal Colony, Transformation, his passion for literature, the dream experienced over time. Their relationship ended with their disappointment and finally with the onset of his illness. These letters present to the reader Kafka's literary genius, as well as his loneliness, paranoia and tension, which are reflected in his works.
