Aras Publishing brings together the journey of Armenian periodicals spanning two centuries and four continents with the reader in the detailed bibliography of researcher Zakarya Mildanoglu. This study, the first of its kind in Turkish, brings together more than 3650 periodicals, starting from Aztarar, the first Armenian newspaper published in India in 1794, and published until the 2000s.

In Armenian Periodicals, Armenian magazines and newspapers spread over a wide geography such as Ottoman-Turkey, Russia and Armenia, India, America, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Syria, Lebanon, Italy and France are listed in chronological order, with imprint information and It is presented to the readers' attention, accompanied by brief explanations of its contents, enriched with more than 450 visuals.

The book, which is the product of ten years of work, reflects the recent history of the Armenian people, from the traces of the Ottoman modernization movements in the 19th century to Turkish periodicals with Armenian letters, from the turbulent political atmosphere of the 20th century to the Soviet influence and the Diaspora, while also reflecting the political and cultural aspects of the countries in which they were published. It provides a background to their tendencies.

In this sense, Zakarya Mildanoglu's work has the feature of being a reference book prepared for both those dealing with press and publishing history, those interested in cultural history, and researchers who want to study various subjects.
