The Noise of Things Falling
Antonio Yammara, a lecturer at the faculty of law, meets and becomes friends with a mysterious man, Ricardo Laverde, in the billiards hall he frequents. But despite all of Antonio's questions, Laverde insistently avoids talking about her past. Until one day he asked for help finding a place where he could listen to the tape he had. When they listen to the tape and leave the Poetry House, they are attacked by two men on motorcycles. Laverde dies, but Antonio luckily survives. Antonio, who cannot shake the impact of the incident and begins to come to terms with himself and his past, follows Laverde's story and embarks on a journey towards Colombia's past and the secrets left in the dark. The common past, which they did not realize while they were alive, will unite the fates of Antonio and Laverde.
