Plutarch (46-119?): His works from the 16th century to the 19th century. He is a very productive writer who greatly influenced history and essay writing in Europe until the 19th century. According to the catalog called Lamprias, Plutarch had 227 works. His writings on morality, religion, nature, politics and art that have survived to this day are called Ethics. Plutarch gained his real fame with his biographical work called Parallel Lives, in which he compared Greek and Roman heroes to each other. In this work, he tries to connect the effects of a person's personality on his own destiny and the lives of other people. In the Demosthenes – Cicero duo, the two most famous orator statesmen of history are discussed and their personality traits, lives and destinies are compared.
