What remains of Istanbul are the tents and masses of people set up in the gaps between the ruins. Fear, hunger and dark winter turn into uncontrollable anger in people condemned to live in the ruined city. This anger, which erupts in food queues and inadequate tent cities, occasionally causes conflicts.

As day gives way to night with efforts to continue daily life, the new owners of the city emerge from their hiding places: Gangs, looters and thieves seeking to bring to account those responsible for the destruction. ..
