Philosophy, at least in the modern sense, is the activity of examining and clarifying conceptual problems regarding knowledge, existence and value judgments. In this context, philosophy of science is a critical and analytical study aimed at explaining the purpose, method and theoretical structure of science.

We know from our experiences in the history of the republic that it is not easy to break the established attitude that has remained closed to philosophy and science under the influence of the madrasah tradition for centuries, and to open our cultural world to truly original pursuits of thought. However, this fact should not lead us to despair, but on the contrary, to a more conscious resistance to struggle.
