From Bakunin to Lacan
The problem of power returns to the center of both political theory discussions and radical political analyses. It has now become clear that the problem of power and authority requires a much more comprehensive understanding, including 'Beyond the State'. In order to confront different forms of power and authority, it is necessary to deconstruct some of the conceptual categories and rational discourses on which classical revolutionary politics are based, and to re-establish the power of some 'revolutionary' attempts to overthrow power. It is enough to show that it produces, and this requires coming to terms with some of the difficulties of theorizing resistance from within the government.
